Caring for orphan children

LENDING A HAND

When was the last time you lent a helping hand? Service is a big part of our life as christians, upon the model of our Saviour Jesus Christ, Who "did not come [into the world] to be served, but to serve" (Mathew 20,28). We need to expand our faith, to serve others and so to live our faith.

In collaboration with the Oxford Parish of St John Cassian the Roman, we supporting an orphanage in Romania, "St Andew House" in Vingard, Alba Iulia, who currently hosts 16 children aged between 3 and 17. You can find more information about the orphanage HERE. We are providing both "scheduled" (at certain times of the year) and ad-hoc donations, both financial and of clothing etc.

Please let Fr John if you would like to help. Thank you!
